By accepting a quote or asking me to start work, you agree to these terms.

1. What’s included

Your quote will explain what’s included in your website project. Anything outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted before I start the extra work.

2. Payment

Payment terms will be set out in your quote. I may pause work if payment is overdue.

3. Content

You are responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos and other content, and for making sure you have permission to use them.

4. Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the agreed brief are included. Significant changes or additional work may incur an extra charge, which I'll agree with you first.

5. Timescales

I'll agree an estimated timeframe with you. Delays in receiving content, feedback or approval may affect the launch date.

6. Squarespace & other costs

Squarespace, domain names, email and other third-party services are separate costs unless stated otherwise. I'm not responsible for outages or changes to services I don't control.

7. Cancellation

If you cancel after work has started, you'll be charged for work completed and any costs already incurred. Your legal rights are not affected.

8. Launch & ownership

You'll have the opportunity to review the website before launch. Once the project has been paid for in full, you can use the website created for your business. Third-party elements remain subject to their own licences.

I may show completed websites in my portfolio unless we've agreed otherwise.

9. After launch

Further updates or changes after launch are charged at my current rate unless otherwise agreed.

10. Contact

If something isn't right, please get in touch and I'll do my best to sort it.
